Description
Porcini mushrooms puree with part of the mushrooms finely ground and part cut into pieces. Ready-to-use.
 
Ingredients
Boletus mushrooms (boletus edulis and relative group) (70%), water, sunflower seed oil, flavouring, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, yeast extract, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Directions and Serving Suggestions
As Is   Prepared

This product is ideal as a base for mushroom soups, for pasta and rice dishes, soufflés, in sandwiches, meat preparations and for other creative applications.

FOR BRUSCHETTA
Toast the bread, spread a thin layer of Prontofresco Four Cheese Cream and then a layer of Porcini Puree. Top with mozzarella, Prontofresco Sautéed Porcini mushrooms and place in the oven for a few minutes. Before serving, add some fresh parsley.
FOR PASTA
Dilute the Porcini Puree with a little cooking water and stir into the pasta.
FOR RICE:
Toast the rice and start adding a little stock, then stir in the Porcini Puree and continue cooking.
FOR FILLING:
Mix the Porcini Puree with your standard ricotta or béchamel filling.
FOR MEAT DISHES:
Mix the Porcini Puree with minced meat and use to stuff roasts and rolls.
FOR SOUP:
Stir the Porcini Puree into liquid béchamel flavoured with a little stock.

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep the product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions, closed with a lid and use within 2-3 days.
