Directions and Serving Suggestions
As Is   Prepared

The product is ideal to flavour pasta and rice dishes, to prepare soups and fillings, and for any other creative applications…

FOR BRUSCHETTA
Toast the bread, spread a thin layer of Prontofresco Four Cheese Cream and then a layer of Asparagus Puree. Top with some mozzarella and blue cheese and grill for 2 minutes. Before serving, add a slice of Parma ham.
FOR PASTA
Dilute the Asparagus Puree with a little cooking water, add some Prontofresco Four Cheese Cream and stir into the pasta.
FOR RICE:
Start cooking the risotto as usual, add the Asparagus Puree and let it cook with the stock. Before serving, add a smoked salmon julienne and fresh dill.
FOR VELOUTÉ:
Stir the Asparagus Puree into liquid béchamel.
FOR FILLING:
Mix the Asparagus Puree with your standard ricotta or béchamel filling.
FOR MEAT DISHES:
Mix the Asparagus Puree with minced meat and use to stuff roasts and rolls.


 
Sales Notes
Raw material: green Italian asparagus, selected by their provenance area (Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna). Only the tender part is used in order to obtain a fragrant product with an ideal taste and without any fibrous parts.
Processed when fresh.
Rich recipe:  88% of asparagus (practically "only" asparagus).
High yield:  concentrated puree to be used in small quantities.
Versatility:  suitable for many applications.
Saving resources: absolutely no waste; significant reduction of the preparation time compared to preparations made from scratch; reduction of labor costs.

Technical Data and Instructions

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep the product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions, closed with a lid and use within 2-3 days.
