Directions and Serving Suggestions
As Is   Prepared

The product is ideal with drinks as an appetizer, on buffet tables and to enhance salads. Also perfect to prepare sauces.

FOR MEAT DISHES
Bone quails, season with salt and pepper and sauté in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. Splash with white wine and allow to evaporate. Gradually add some stock prepared with the Prontofresco Meat Stock. When almost cooked, stir in the Prontofresco Black Olive Pesto and some whole olives. Pour some of the cooking juice in the serving platter, cut the quails in quarters and arrange them on the platter. Serve with some potato sticks previously roasted in the oven.
FOR SEAFOOD DISHES
Clean John Dory fish and season it with salt, pepper and basil. Arrange in an oven dish and sprinkle with pine nuts, capers and olives. Add the Prontofresco Chopped Tomato Pulp and drizzle with some oil. Bake at 180°. When cooked, serve the fish with its cooking juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley. 


 
Sales Notes
Hojiblanca olives:  prized for their firm texture, they are particularly flavoured if picked at the ideal level of ripeness. The olives used for this product are selected to guarantee top organoleptic qualities; the preparation method and oxidation process give the olives their intense black colour.
In brine: to allow a wide range of applications.
Black olives are ideal served with meat and fish dishes; excellent to enhance sauces for pasta and rice dishes.

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep the product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions, closed with a lid, and use within 15 days.
