Description
Tasty sauce made from almonds and tomatoes partly dried and partly processed into pulp, and enhanced with chili pepper, Parmesan cheese and goji berries.
 
Ingredients
Rehydrated dried tomatoes (30%), tomato pulp, sunflower seed oil, Parmigiano Reggiano (MILK, salt, rennet), ALMONDS, rehydrated goji berries, extra virgin olive oil (3%), apple vinegar, cocoa butter, basil, safflower seed oil, garlic, pepper, chili pepper.

Directions and Serving Suggestions
As Is   Prepared

Indicated with pasta, on bruschettas, for savoury pastry, cold dishes and pasta, meat or fish stuffings. Also excellent to enhance the taste of fish soups.

FIRST COURSES
PASTA: Stir-fry the tomatoes and pesto goji with golden cherry tomatoes and olives. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain and toss with the pesto adding a bit 'of water of cooking. Serve adding burrata.

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
