As Is   Prepared

This product is ideal: both cold and in cooking; for light dishes as well as hearty meals

Drizzled cold:
on vegetables, bruschettas, pulse soups, mixed vegetables, meat or fish carpaccio, shellfish.
In cooking:
ragout, sauces and pasta condiments, braised meat, roast, wild game, grilled meat and fish. Excellent for deep frying as it can withstand very high temperatures.


 
Sales Notes
This cooking method is very good for preserving the most delicate vitamins (high temperatures for a short time) because the brief time and outer crust protect the food from contact with oxygen (only 20% loss of vitamin C and some vitamins of the B group)
Pat drying fried food well prevents the oil from getting inside (lighter)
Using a good oil and correct method prevents the development of harmful toxic substances and keeps fat low, while maintaining the nutrients.
