Preparation:
Dissolve 100 g of product in 1 litre of boiling water, stirring delicately to obtain a smooth mixture. To thicken soups and sauces: sprinkle on top of the preparation while cooking; stir until completely dissolved and until you ’have obtained the desired consistency.
