Field mushrooms cultivated in Italy, sliced and prepared with an appetizing recipe with oil, parsley and garlic.
 
Ingredients
Cultivated field mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) (66% min), sunflower oil (28% min.), parsley (0.7% min) salt, garlic (0.2% min), pepper, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.

Directions and Serving Suggestions
As Is   Prepared


FOR PIZZA
Spread the dough with Polpachef, add diced mozzarella and top with Champignons and other ingredients of your choice. For thick pizza baked in trays, flatten out the dough in a tray, spread with Polpachef and, halfway through baking, add mozzarella, champignons and other ingredients of your choice.
FOR BRUSCHETTA
Toast a slice of bread, spread with a layer of “Cheese Cream Prontofresco”. Add Polpachef, mozzarella, champignons and ham. Grill in the oven for a few minutes.
FOR MEAT MAIN COURSES
Brown the beef fillet on medium-high heat in a pan with oil and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper, add the Champignons and, just before serving, mix in a little fresh cream.

Champignons grown in Italy: these mushrooms are from the Veneto area, where they are cultivated according to rigorous, natural methods. They are the result of accurate sorting and processing. This is a high quality product.
Selected mushrooms: this product is made with fresh, young, small sized champignons. The product has the typical colour of cooked mushrooms.
Delicate recipe: these mushrooms are prepared with parsley, garlic and oil, pleasant but very delicate, to give the product wide versatility of use
GLUTEN FREE: the product does not contain gluten in the recipe, thanks to the careful management of allergens (from storage to processing of raw materials and flavourings) we can guarantee their absence. Porcini in oil is also included in the 2013/2014 Celiac Association Listing .

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions* and use within 7-8 days.
*always close with a lid or cling film; use clean cutlery; exposure to air should be as limited as possible.
