Description
Selection of first choice mushrooms, with stems cut into slices and caps cut into large chunks, sautéed with a classic recipe, without cream. to create prestigious dishes with Porcini mushrooms. The dressing on the mushrooms is appetizing but not creamy, enhancing the nice appearance of the mushroom.

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative group) (72 % ), sunflower oil (22%), parsley (1 % ), salt, garlic, pepper, yeast extract, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid and lactic acid, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid

FOR PASTA AND RICE
Tagliolini: sauté the porcini in a pan, with oil and freshly chopped parsley. Toss the egg tagliolini cooked in plenty of salted water and serve with a dusting of grated Parmesan or garnished with mixed flowers.
FOR MEAT MAIN COURSES
Fassona beef fillets: cook the fillet in a pan on very high heat on both sides, for a few minutes (this cut of meat cooks quickly) and serve with Porcini previously sautéed in oil with a little fresh parsley. Before serving sprinkle with black salt from the Hawaii and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.

Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions* and use within 7-8 days.
