Description
1st choice Porcini mushrooms, sliced; prepared with oil, without cream, using a new recipe, no garlic or parsley, to leave ample room for personalization in pasta, rice and other main courses.
 
Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and relative group) (70% min. ), sunflower oil, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, citric acid, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid, flavouring.

FOR PASTA AND RICE
Pasta: cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain and toss with Porcini previously sautéed in a pan with a little pasta water and oil.
FOR MEAT MAIN COURSES
Remove bone from meat (pork roast), cut into slices, without cutting all the way through so they remain together; season with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parsley. Spoon some Tuttoporcini between the slices and place in the oven. Towards the end add the slices of Porcino Delizia.
