Produced with 100% Italian tomato, thanks to a process using wide mesh sieves, it has small pulpy pieces, rich in all the fragrance of fresh tomato. Ideal for: Pan-baked pizza, fish and meat sauces, and bruschetta.

100% Italian tomatoes: Cultivated in the provinces of Parma, Ferrara, Ravenna, Mantova, and Reggio Emilia
Certified tomato pulp, guaranteed by the Quality-controlled (QC) trademark: an important recognition issued by the Emilia Romagna region, to certify that certain quality criteria have been observed, using integrated production techniques that respect both human health and the environment, as laid down by strict Regulations drawn up by the Region itself.
Raw Material processed from fresh: only during the harvest season (August - September)
Consistency: This pulp is characterized by a rustic texture with small pulpy cubes. Its slightly fluid density makes it ideal for all preparations that include prolonged cooking, or for condiments that must not end up too "red" and opaque.
Recommended therefore, both to top pan-baked pizza, but also for the preparation of, for example, meat sauces that require longer cooking times. Also excellent for fish-based sauces.

Technical Data and Instructions

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a cool dry place.
After opening: keep the product refrigerated in appropriate hygienic conditions and use within 2-4 days.
*always cover with a lid or film; use clean cutlery; leave the product exposed to the air as little as possible.
