FOR PASTA AND RICE
Pasta: sauté the fillets with chopped shallots; add some Stockfish cream and sliced Piquillos and toss with the pasta (cooked in plenty of salted water and drained al dente)..
FOR TAPAS:
Toast the crostini, spread with Maionesechef and top with rolled up anchovy fillets.
