The product is ideal pizza, stuffed sandwiches, scones and sandwiches and are excellent for seasoning pasta and rice.

FOR PIZZA
Roll up the pizza dough and top it with Polpachef , add the mozzarella cubes and stuffed with champignons trifolati per pizza and other ingredients to taste.

Champignons of European origin: the best taste and texture, thanks to the growing natural techniques, the mushrooms from Europe should be considered qualitatively superior taste, texture, color and yield (no release of water and no loss in preparation) .
Mushrooms selected: to work those of medium size, collected at the level of maturity appropriate to offer the best outcome for the taste and look inviting.
This product is processed from fresh product that, in preparation, preserves the original organoleptic characteristics (crisp and delicate in flavor)
Delicate recipe: these mushrooms are prepared with a “trifolatura” performed with parsley, garlic and oil, pleasant but very delicate, to give the product a wide versatility.
High in service: the mushrooms are ready to use as they are; thus offer an important service fee for an operator, allowing a significant saving of resources (time, labor and material before) together with a total absence of parts of scrap (the product is fully usable).
Large Format: The pack of 3 kg makes the product particularly suitable for customers from high intakes (especially pizza)

Before opening: store in a cool, dry place.
After opening: keep product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions and use within 4-5 days
