This product is ideal: Ideal pizza and finger food topping; in panini and bruschettas; in condiments for pasta and rice.

FOR PIZZA
Roll out dough and spread with Polpachef, top with diced mozzarella and Anchovy fillets and other ingredients of your choice.
For thick pizza baked in trays and cut into slices, flatten out the dough in a tray. Half way through baking spread with Tuttobroccoli, top with diced mozzarella, fresh tomatoes cut in half, Anchovy fillets and Capers. Return to the oven to finish baking.
PANINI:
Use Pita bread: brush bread with a little water and heat on a hot plate for about a minute at 230° (until it puffs up), open one side to insert filling. Mix Maionesechef with Dried tomato cream and spread this cream inside the bread pocket. Add diced mozzarella, Anchovy fillets and Capers.

Preparation: after maturation in salt, the anchovies are filleted by hand; this makes it possible to bring out the best of this excellent product.
Versatile: this product is ideal for variety of applications as they are filleted and ready to serve: they can be used for the preparation of numerous dishes, as a topping on pizza and condiment for pasta and rice dishes.
