FOR COLD PLATTERS:
Rice Cook rice in plenty of salted water, drain when still ‘al dente’, allow to cool. Mix with Tuna, Sliced black olives, Pepper fillets, Capers (wash off salt), oil, Limonechef, salt and pepper. Serve with a dressing prepared with extra-virgin olive oil, chopped parsley and blended raw tomato.
FOR TAPAS:
Wash salt off Capers and chop finely together with Anchovy fillets. Mix some Tuna and Maionesechef and add the chopped capers and anchovies to obtain a thick cream. Spread on crostini and garnish with caper and pepper fillets.

Careful preparation using special techniques that guarantee scrupulous cleaning of the tuna, slow cooking at low temperature to ensure that the colour of the tuna remains light pink and that its best organoleptic qualities are maintained.
Yellowfin tuna, a variety that is characterized by light, pink and lean meat. This is the finest variety among imported tuna; in Italy this is the best known and most widely used variety.
Versatile: this product can meet the needs of many different categories of users: bars, where tuna is used to prepare panini and tapas, pizzerias for delicious toppings and even bakeries, for the preparation of bruschettas.
