Description
Made with choice duck meat and fresh vegetables. Ready-to-use, it is ideal as a sauce for first course dishes and as a filling for lasagne and timbales.
 
Ingredients
Duck meat (50%), tomato pulp (25%), vegetables in valuable ratio (6,9%) (onion, carrot, celery), olive oil, water, white wine (sulfites), rice flour, flavoring, sugar, salt, aromatic plants, spices.

As Is   Prepared

As a dressing for pasta, rice, dumplings, to prepare Lasagna, rice bombs. To top bruschetta.

FOR BRUSCHETTA
Toast the bread then spread the Duck Sauce on top of a thin layer of “Prontofresco Cheese Cream”
FOR FIRST COURSES
Pasta: Heat the meat sauce and dress the pasta directly after cooking it in abundant salted water.
Rice: the sauce is to be added after toasting the rice and starting the cooking with stock.

Technical Data and Instructions

Instructions:
Before opening: store in a dry, cool place.
After opening: keep the product refrigerated under good hygienic conditions, closed with a lid and use within 2-3 days.
