FIRST COURSES
Pasta: Heat the meat sauce and dress the pasta directly after cooking it in abundant salted water.
FOR POLENTA
Stuff layers of polenta with meat sauce and béchamel. On the last layer cover the polenta with grated Parmesan and sprinkle with curls of butter. Bake
