Processing while fresh: the fish arrives at the plant immediately after it has been caught, to be processed immediately. Then fillets and carefully hand packed into tins.
Raw material: Scomber Japonicus mackerel is considered the best food among the blue fish. Its meat is soft, tasty and rich in Omega 3.
