FOR PIZZA
flatten out the dough, spread it with Polpachef, top with diced mozzarella, mushrooms and other ingredients of your choice. For thick pizza baked in trays and cut into slices, flatten out the dough in a tray, top with Polpachef and, halfway through baking, add mozzarella, Porcini and other ingredients of your choice
FOR MEAT MAIN COURSES
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with freshly chopped parsley. Add the veal slices previously cooked in oil and butter. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
