This product is ideal: to prepare salads and enrich cold platters. On pizzas, crostini, Panini and tapas.

FOR BRUSCHETTA:
Toast the bread and spread with “Prontofresco 4 Cheese Cream" . Place back under the grill for a few minutes. Top with rocket and rehydrated shrimps.
FOR SHRIMP-FILLED CREPES
Spread the Crepe with a mixture made by mixing together some Shrimp Cream with a little mashed potato mix, finely chopped tuna, chopped chives and rehydrated shrimps. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fold the crepe into a cone and add the filling you have prepared. Accompany with Aurora sauce and garnish with lemon slices and chives.

The shrimps are cleaned, shelled, precooked, frozen and then freeze-dried (Freeze-drying preserves the colour, smell and flavour of fresh shrimps and combines the advantage of practical service)
