COLD PLATTER
Large mixed salad: Cut endive into strips, add some chopped White Asparagus tips, chopped Anchovy Fillets, Rustic tomatoes and diced mozzarella. Toss with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
FOR BRUSCHETTA:
Toast bread and spread with thin layer of “Prontofresca Cheese Cream”, then top with Pomdor, diced mozzarella and Anchovy Fillets.
